Stéphanie Berreby
Stéphanie Berreby joined 14 Pyramides Notaires in 2016 following the merger with Etude Gibert et Associés, where she had headed the institutional real estate division since 2012.
She applies her expertise to serve institutional investors and private and public-sector real estate stakeholders.
Supported by a dedicated team, she handles all contracts involved in the lifecycle of a real estate asset: asset acquisitions and dispositions, transfers of ownership interests, financing, and commercial leases. In particular, she assists her clients with their investment and arbitrage transactions across all asset classes: residential, office, retail, logistics, assisted living, and hospitality.
Combining legal rigor with pragmatism, she is committed to ensuring the security of each transaction and to bringing it to a successful conclusion within the timeframes expected by her clients.
