Jérémy de La Fouchardière is a notary specializing in real estate law; he joined 14 Pyramides Notaires in March 2020 to strengthen the Land and Public Law team.

He brings enthusiasm, efficiency, and creativity to his work advising and supporting national real estate professionals including developers, urban planners, and social housing providers. In this capacity, he has developed particular expertise in assisting the firm’s clients with the analysis and auditing of vacant or obsolete properties slated for renovation or conversion.
