At the 7th OFS Congress held in Strasbourg, our partner Xavier LIEVRE spoke at a panel discussion on the Solidarity-Based Real Lease (BRS).
Objective: To contribute to greater harmonization of notarial practices related to the BRS.
This presentation reflects our belief that a collective and secure approach is essential to providing long-term support to stakeholders in the solidarity-based land sector and to buyers.
