We are delighted to announce that our partner, Maître Hervé de Gaudemar, a professor of public law at Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University, will serve as general rapporteur at the 120th Congress of French Notaries, to be held in Bordeaux from September 25 to 27, 2024.
This edition, centered on the theme “: é,” will explore key topics such as environmental risk management and the improvement of urban planning procedures, with a focus on preserving biodiversity and promoting land-sensitive densification.
The recommendations issued by the Congress committees serve as an essential guide for our profession, helping us better understand the legal complexities associated with environmental issues.
