Our partner, Xavier Lièvre, has published an article in La Semaine Juridique Notariale et Immobilière in which he analyses this new decree on the BRS Activité scheme, as well as the unexpected addition of an ‘anti-multi-ownership’ asset criterion for eligibility for the BRS Logement scheme.
